Now, this isn’t in anyway as modern a title as Dandara, and if we’re honest, it’s probably the weakest of the bunch found being given away through February, but if you failed to play it back in the day – it originally launched way back in 2010 on Xbox 360 – now is your best chance.
With the usual price tag of £11.99 ripped out though, this is certainly a game that Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S players should be checking out, particularly now that it is free.įurther to that comes the removal of price for Lost Planet 2. In fact, we gave it a 4/5 score, with just some mediocre platforming elements and disappointing final boss letting it down. Our review back in March of 2020 talked about how it was a ‘salty but sweet’ affair, with praise given to the great art style, the engaging gameplay, the interesting narrative and fitting audio. The former of these is free for one month – until the middle of March – with Dandara bringing a new 2D Metroidvania style platformer to the fore.
